Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Plain, Non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Medium Peaches fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 Cup Cucumber mostly peeled
  • 1 Cup spinach packed
  • 1 Cup Blueberries frozen
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Flax seed

Instructions

  • Add ingredients in the order listed above. 
  • Blend until smooth. 
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

I often use kefir instead of Greek Yogurt for the added digestive benefits of probiotics. It tastes just as great.
