  • 2 Medium Peaches fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 Cup Cucumber mostly peeled
  • 1 Cup spinach packed
  • 1 Cup Blueberries frozen
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Flax seed


  1. Add ingredients in the order listed above.
