There’s a whole lot of GREEN in this week’s meal plan. We’re “celebrating” St. Patrick’s Day all week long with plenty of green food. Sunday is particularly green with smoothies, avocadoes, and all-natural GREEN eggs and ham. As always, the plan is pretty simple, because this busy Momma of 5 kids is just trying to hang on and get something nutritious and delicious on the table each night.
