Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 Cup Kefir or Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Handfuls of fresh spinach or 1 Spinach Puck
  • 2 Cups Mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Blueberries

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into blender in order listed. Blend on highest setting until smooth. Enjoy!
