Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 3/4 Cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 1 small Ripe Banana frozen is best
  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 3/4 Cup Plain Kefir

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except for kefir in the order listed. Blend on high speed until mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Add kefir and blend on low speed for just 5 seconds until it is incorporated into the smoothie.
