Surely, Elsa would approve of this Frozen Purple Pineapple Smoothie, even in the dead of winter! As luck would have it, pineapple went on sale at Sprouts, and you better believe this smoothie is going to be consumed on repeat this week. Enjoy!

Frozen Purple Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 3/4 Cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 1 small Ripe Banana frozen is best
  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 3/4 Cup Plain Kefir

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except for kefir in the order listed. Blend on high speed until mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Add kefir and blend on low speed for just 5 seconds until it is incorporated into the smoothie.
