Sweet Green Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches Fresh Cilantro washed, stems removed
  • 4 ounces Canned Jalapenos
  • 112 ounces Canned Tomatillos drained
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in the order listed in a stand-up blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
  • Chill before serving to blend flavors. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.

Notes

Choose a can of tomatillos with citric acid as the last listed ingredient. Also, 112 ounces is the same as FOUR 28-ounce cans.
