- 1 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 3/4 Cup Frozen Pineapple
- 1 small Ripe Banana frozen is best
- 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 3/4 Cup Plain Kefir
Combine all ingredients except for kefir in the order listed. Blend on high speed until mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Add kefir and blend on low speed for just 5 seconds until it is incorporated into the smoothie.
