Almost no breakfast is ever complete without a smoothie in the Andersen household. This recipe is the most-often requested smoothie. In fact, my 3-year-old son informed me yesterday that he only drinks “Purple” smoothies now and will no longer consume them if they are green. He’s a boy who knows what he wants.
Hearty Berry Smoothie
- 3/4 Cup water
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 banana
- 1 handful spinach
- 3/4 cup strawberries fresh
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- Combine all ingredients in blender in order listed and mix until smooth. Enjoy!
