Remember all those raspberries we picked in Wyoming this summer?
My parents froze them and sent us home with a cooler full of them! I have three peach trees in my yard whose harvest is also in my freezer. These two fruits are making THE BEST smoothies for us this Fall. Combined with a banana for added sweetness, spinach for a punch of flavorless foliage (and Folate, vitamins K, and A among others), and unsweetened vanilla almond milk to make it smooth, and this smoothie has been crowned as my kids’ current favorite. Enjoy!
Raspberry, Peach and Banana Smoothie
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk
- 1 Cup Spinach packed
- 1 large ripe banana
- 2 Cups frozen raspberries
- 1 Cup frozen peaches
- Combine all ingredients into a blender in the order listed above. Blend until completely incorporated and smooth.
